The paywall post covered what happens when content sits behind a payment event. This one is smaller and more practical. It is about buttons, the kind you click to actually pay for something, and where they come from.
You do not need PayGlue to put a payment button in a Ghost post. You can build one in your provider’s dashboard and paste the link. You can use Ko-fi or Buy Me a Coffee, which already do this well and are worth a look if all you want is a tip jar. None of that is wrong and I am not pretending otherwise.
What I do differently is keep it in one place. Instead of moving between your provider’s dashboard, a separate tool for tips and another for tickets, you generate all of it from the PayGlue dashboard: pick a product or paste your own link, style the button, drop the embed into Ghost. Same mechanism every time, whatever sits behind it.

There are none. This is the tidy version of the post, and a page about buttons with no buttons on it is exactly as useful as it sounds. The clickable ones live on the demo blog, where they are free to look nothing like each other. Go press them.
